This project was sponsored by Johnson and Johnson USA. The brief of the project was to re-invent how men use grooming products. 
We earned a joint patent with Johnson and Johnson for the solution we innovated.
( This project is confidential and hence contains a few glimpses of the actual scale of the solution we developed due to Non-disclosure agreements with Johnson & Johnson)

Project Brief : Re-invent the experience of using Rogaine for men

Team  :  Stephen Nomura - UX Designer, Megan Rourke - Consumer Insights and Marketing , Swati Rajendran - Mechanical Engineer and               Quantitative Analysis, Garima Srivastava - Business Strategy

We performed value opportunity analysis to understand the current state of the perceived value by consumers of Johnson and Johnson mens grooming products . To deliver a successful solution we identified areas for improvement and drafted a future state of the value opportunity.
